stakes are counted from the time each user submits a participation application and is approved. After their approval, they can not sign up until the end of the campaign. A random check is made and the person who executed it will be disqualified immediately. Pay special attention to the fact that the campaign is exactly closed when the token sale is over - even if it happens before the schedule when reaching the full cap.
Each member must have a campaign to make at least 10 publications per week in Bitcointalk outside the topic on SpaCoin's page while participating in the review campaign. All articles must be done in the "Alternative cryptocurrencies" section or the forum "Debate discussion" section. Posts in off-topic threads will never get counted and all types of spam and trolling will simply be disqualified by participants.
If a member gets a new rank, it will be necessary to change the signature accordingly.
After selling tokens is over, the overall spa prize pool may be redistributed among all campaign members considering the number of piles each member has.
